The Town of Purcellville welcomes public comment which is conducted in a manner that respects the dignity and order of this meeting. Speakers shall maintain civility, decorum, and respect at all times. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Use of profanity, vulgarity, or threatening language is strictly prohibited. Any such conduct will result in immediate action. Each speaker will be allowed up to 2 ½ minutes to speak. When your time has expired, we will go on to the next speaker. Disorderly conduct from the audience will result in a warning and, if necessary, removal from the meeting. The Council will not engage in dialogue during this portion of the meeting. This time is reserved for citizen input.
